All roads, sidewalks, and cul‑de‑sac areas in Pinehurst No. 6 are owned and maintained by the Village of Pinehurst. These areas are not the responsibility of PCA#6 or individual homeowners. Some residents voluntarily landscape or maintain small cul‑de‑sac plots near their homes. This is appreciated, but it is not required and is not an expectation for any resident. If you notice a hazard or unsafe condition, please take the following steps:1.     Report it first to the Village of Pinehurst so it can be logged and addressed.2.     Notify the PCA#6 Board so we can monitor the issue and follow up with the Village if needed.3.     For an emergency, call 911 immediately.
