The 40th Anniversary of the
No.6 Community Association
1985-2025
The neighborhood at Pinehurst No. 6 includes nearly 1,500 homesites and over 1,200 homes. It is well known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Originally laid out in 1979, the Pinehurst No. 6 golf course was renovated by Tom Fazio in 2005 with new green complexes and better shot values. The course played host to the first USGA Adaptive Open in 2022. It is one of Pinehurst's elite championship-level courses.
Over 700 homeowners are members of our voluntary Community Association. Were not a rule making or rune enforcing entity. We exist only to enhance the quality of life for all. Founded on October 15th, 1985, the No.6 Community Association is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a series of community wide social events in 2025.
